Paul Wecker nearly hit an officer with his car.
Wecker is charged with third degree assault of a police officer, first degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, terroristic threatening, second degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, first offense of operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operating a vehicle on a suspended license, failure to register vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
Also, he was detained in Marshall County Jail.

Saturday, Stoney Hendrickson crashed his vehicle into another and was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was then sent to the Marshall County Detention Center.

Police found Kenneth Odom reeking of alcohol with four busted beer cans near him. A breathalyzer test confirmed that he was under the influence.

9:39 p.m. Tuesday, a man was injured after a crash.
At the 13 mile marker of State Route 121 North, 19-year-old Zachary Warmowski was traveling southbound when he ran off-road and lost control. Then, his vehicle went into a ditch, hit a tree, and rolled many times, stopping on its side.
He had to be extricated mechanically and sent to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for medical attention. Later, he was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital.

Around 5 p.m. Saturday, a motorcycle crash lead to the demise of one person.
31-year-old Robert Aaron Lee of Hickory was heading to the west along Symsonia Highway KY-348 when he lost control of his 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle, said the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. This caused him to swerve off to the right side of the road.
Lee was sent to the Marshall County Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Further investigation regarding the cause of the crash is ongoing.
