Two women were sent to a hospital after a head-on vehicle collision.

The incident happened on Friday morning, in KY-121.

45-year-old Maria Williams swerved her car to avoid hitting a car, causing her to get into the oncoming lane and get hit by 38-year-old Angela Hoback’s vehicle head-on.

The two female drivers were sent to Murray-Calloway County Hospital to get treatment.

A woman was injured after crashing into a treadmill.

The incident occurred on KY 280 today.

45-year-old Sonia Lyons struck a treadmill in the middle of the road. The impact caused her car to go off the road and into a ditch.

She and her passenger were sent to Murray Calloway County Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The incident happened on KY 94, Wednesday.

Jaqeesha Johnson was driving when Anthony Saunders rear-ended her vehicle.

Johnson was sent to Murray-Calloway County Hospital due to her injuries.

A woman died and another person was injured after a crash.

The incident happened in the morning of August 23, at KY-121.

A 39-year-old driver of a Chevrolet Trailblazer collided with an 80-year-old woman’s vehicle.

39-year-old Shannon Jarvis was rushed to the hospital, but 80-year-old Mary Cole died at the scene.

Calloway County – Teen On Horseback Injured After Car Collision

A teenager on horseback was injured after a car collided with her horse.

The incident happened on August 15 at 7:15 pm, at the intersection of US 641N and Wadesboro Road.

Officials found 51-year-old Laura Faaborg with her car stopped in the right lane of the roadway. They found significant damage to the front of the vehicle. When they got to the intersection, they found a 14-year-old girl lying in the roadway who was riding horseback and was struck by a car.

She was in and out of consciousness but was able to speak coherently. She only had a slight injury and was sent to Vanderbuilt Children’s Hospital. On the other hand, Faaborg was also sent to an emergency room for her injuries.

Calloway County – Three-Vehicle Crash Injured Four

Three vehicles crashed and injured four people.

The incident happened on US 641, Saturday.

25-year-old Christopher Mullins was waiting to turn left into a parking lot when the vehicle of 21-year-old Matthew Adams collided into it. Consequently, the crash sent Mullins’ vehicle into oncoming traffic and right in the path of the car of 36-year-old Shanee Dehay.

Dehay, two of her teenage passengers, and one from another vehicle named Jessica Palley, were all sent to Murray-Calloway County Hospital to get treatment for their injuries.

Calloway County – Woman Sent To Hospital After Crash

A woman was taken to the hospital after a solo crash on Douglas Road.

49-year-old Tammy Robinson was westbound on Douglas Road when she tried to avoid an oncoming vehicle. This lead her vehicle to roll over and collide into a tree.

Meanwhile, the driver of the other vehicle, 27-year-old Whitney Reeves, told the incident to deputies in a similar way.

Robinson was taken to the hospital by a private vehicle to Murray-Callloway County Hospital for treatment of injuries.

Meanwhile, Reeves was not harmed.

Calloway County – Driver Slept While Driving And Crashed, Injured

A car crashed and rolled over on Kirksey Road, injuring its driver.

25-year-old Colby Traylor fell asleep while driving his pickup truck there. He then hit a barbed wire fence and an embankment, rolling the car over once.

Luckily, Traylor was able to escape his vehicle as he was found next to it when police arrived.

He was sent to a local hospital to get his injuries treated.
