Louisville – Man Arrested After Crash Killed One

A man was arrested after a motorcycle crash.

The incident happened at the intersection of Manslick Road and Rosewood Way around 4 am Sunday.

24-year-old Pierre Malisthanga was driving his motorcycle when he hit two other motorcyclists head-on.

One of them was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was sent to University Hospital to get treatment.

Malisthanga smelled heavily of alcohol, but he refused to comply with field sobriety tests. Nevertheless, he was charged with murder, DUI, and assault.

Lewis County – One Dead, Three Injured In Three-Vehicle Crash

A man died and three others were injured after a crash involving three cars.

The incident happened on Hazel Road around 7:30 am.

21-year-old Bryce Robert Pope was driving a 2001 Mazda Tribute when it collided head-on with a pickup truck. The impact caused Pope’s vehicle to hit a semi.

Three people in the pickup truck suffered only minor injuries, but Pope was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hazard – Two Drivers Killed In Crash ID’d

The two drivers who died in a crash were identified.

They were determined to by 34-year-old Robbie Robinson and 62-year-old Jeanie Gayheart.

Robinson was driving his truck on Highway 15 Tuesday morning when it collided head-on into Gayheart’s truck.

The cause of the crash has not been released and police are investigating the incident further.

The incident happened on Tates Creek Road, on Friday afternoon last week.

34-year-old Sheena Conley lost control of her vehicle and hit a pickup truck head-on collision.

Conley and the other driver was sent to UK Medical Center. Unfortunately, Conley died from her injuries.

The identity of the woman who died in a crash has been released.

Her name is Sandra Mize, a 77-year-old woman who was killed in a crash at the intersection of Highway 431 and Pettit Road around 12:30 pm, Monday. A head-on collision occurred as one car crossed the center line and struck a utility truck with five passengers.

The five passengers were sent to the hospital with non-lethal injuries.

Daviess County – Head-On Collision Killed One, Injured Five

A head-on crash left one dead and five others injured.

The collision happened on US 431, Monday.

A female was driving a 2017 Buick Encore was driving on US 431 when her vehicle crossed the center line and hit a 2018 Ford F-150 of 25-year-old Trey Miller.

The female Buick driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name will not be released until her family is notified by the coroner’s office.

Meanwhile, Miller and four passengers were hospitalized. 21-year-old Elijah Anderson, 19-year-old Hunter Ortt, 19-year-old Jeffrey Oliver, and 20-year-old William Darnell were carried by American Medical Response to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital with non-fatal injuries.

Paducah – Woman Dead, Two Injured After Crash

A woman died and two drivers were injured after crash.

The accident happened on Monday in Irvin Cobb Drive. 26-year-old Alexandar Scott tried to swerve his truck away to avoid a car. Unfortunately, he hit the car of 79-year-old Clarence Roddy instead.

Both drivers were sent to Baptist Health Paducah along with Roddy’s wife, 76-year-old Florence Roddy. However, she was pronounced dead shortly after.
