A person and a dog were injured after a house fire.
The incident happened around 10 pm Saturday at a home at 2636 Russellville Road.
A person inside the burning home was able to escape, only injured. Unfortunately, a dog didn’t make it out alive. However, another one was able to flee the burning house but was injured.
The fire was contained in 10 minutes, and the cause of it is being investigated.
