A woman was arrested after crashing her car into another parked one.
The incident happened on KY-172, Friday.
41-year-old Randi Ritz was driving when her car collided into a parked car, causing the second vehicle to hit a utility pole, snapping it in half.
Police then responded to the crash and administered sobriety tests on Ritz. She failed every one of the tests, and even told police that she took suboxone before driving.
Ritz was arrested and sent to the Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center. She refused a blood test there before being moved to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
